Julie first joined our team as an intern in 2017 while attending undergrad at St. Mary’s University.

She then entered the master’s in accounting program at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating in May 2018, Julie moved back to San Antonio to be a full-time member of the ATKG team.

Julie’s hard work and dedication in school stood out. Julie received the 2016-2017 Accounting Excellence Award given by the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, which recognizes one outstanding student from each Texas college and university. She was also named a 2017-2018 Holbrook Scholar from the University of Texas at Austin. Julie became a licensed CPA in the State of Texas in January 2019.

In her spare time, Julie loves to spend time outdoors. If it involves water-she’s in! Swimming, scuba diving, paddle boarding…Julie loves it all. She became certified to scuba dive when she was ten years old and always looks forward to an annual family trip to Grand Cayman.
