ATKG & SPR JOIN FORCES, CREATING SAN ANTONIO’S LARGEST LOCAL ACCOUNTING AND ADVISORY FIRM

Combination Advances People – First Culture for Staff and Clients

NOVEMBER 4, 2024 (San Antonio, TX) – ATKG Advisors LLC (“ATKG”) and SPR P.C. (“SPR”) joined forces on November 1, ATKG announced today.

With the addition of SPR, ATKG now boasts a team of approximately 150 professionals, including 15 partners. The combination solidifies ATKG’s position as the largest homegrown accounting and advisory firm in the region, placing it among the ranks of the national firms operating in South Texas, according to the latest CPA firm list by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Founded in San Antonio in 1982, ATKG provides hands-on tax, advisory, assurance, and litigation support services for a select client base of closely held businesses and large family groups. In addition to its headquarters in San Antonio, ATKG has South Texas offices in Boerne, Spring Branch, and Laredo.

SPR, founded in 2004, specializes in tax, accounting, and advisory services with a focus on value-added planning and consulting. The firm brings 42 professionals, including four partners, to ATKG.
