Allison is a true Aggie, having graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2009 from Texas A&M University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting.
Allison graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2009 from Texas A&M University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting. When she joined ATKG in August of 2017, she came to us with nearly 10 years of public accounting experience from the Big Four. Allison serves as the director of ATKG’s Federal Tax group and has experience in real estate, farm and ranch, professional services, and restaurants.
When not at the office, Allison loves spending time with her husband and young son. When she finds time to relax, she enjoys reading thriller and mystery books, watching college football, and wandering the aisles of the Container Store. Oh, and she makes sure she takes time to catch up on all the re-runs of “What Not to Wear.”
Originally from Laredo, Allison grew up in a family of CPAs (her grandfather, both parents, and her uncle). As if that’s not enough CPAs in one family, Allison’s husband, Jimmy, and her brother-in-law are also CPAs. We’re already placing bets on Wes (her son)…we’re thinking Art History (just kidding)!
