Dina graduated with honors from Texas State University in 1984, earning her BBA in Accounting. She brings a wealth of expertise to ATKG, having owned a public accounting practice specializing in financial accounting and taxation and working predominately with clients in the healthcare industry. In addition to owning an accounting practice, Dina served as Chief Financial Officer for San Antonio Surgical Arts. She went on to own Concordis Practice Management, where she served as its Managing Partner.
Dina is actively involved in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) SA Foundation Board. She has held several key positions, including President, Vice President, and Chairperson for the Chapters flagship program – Entrepreneurial Connections. She is extremely proud of the strength, knowledge, and confidence the Chapter offers young women interested in starting their own business and empowering women business owners across San Antonio, the State of Texas, and our nation.
We like to think we are smart here at ATKG, but Dina takes “well-read” to another level. Her favorite book is As a Man Thinketh. Originally published in 1903 by a highly regarded British philosophical writer, James Allen, Dina adores this book because it discusses the power of thought.
When Dina’s not busy reaching for the stars, you can find her listening to live country music (she is a huge fan!), two-stepping, and sipping on a chilled glass of wine. Just do not offer her a beer because it ranks at the bottom of her favorite beverages list.
