Kelsie joined ATKG in 2021. However, her work experience spans nearly six years, having worked with a local public accounting firm. She joins the firm with expertise in real estate, wealth management, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and non-profit industries. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She went on to receive a Master’s in Accountancy from The University of Texas at San Antonino.
Kelsie has a heart the size of Texas for giving back to the community. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Alamo Area Partners for Animal Welfare, is a dog foster mom for S.A. Rocks, and a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas.
Kelsie and her husband admit dog and animal rescue is a HUGE passion for them. They have fostered over 40 dogs in the last decade which means the Tabbert home is always filled with fun and excitement! When she is not working or making a special difference in an animal’s life in need, Kelsie enjoys hiking and is an admitted thriller/murder mystery book lover. Although born and raised in Texas with enormous pride for our great state, Kelsie would welcome the opportunity to return to Iceland, which she and her husband fell in love with on their honeymoon.
